Currently our Sydney, Chatswood and Parramatta locations are open for essential care, all other stores are open for all eye care and eyewear services.
With the health & wellbeing of our customers and teams as the priority, we require all customers to follow public health protocols and guidelines, including any face mask directives when visiting the stores.

If you have had contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19; are awaiting a COVID-19 test result; or are experiencing flu-like symptoms (such as fever, coughing, sore throat or shortness of breath), please delay booking an appointment for at least 14 days.

We apologise that COVID-19 impacts have also affected some of our suppliers and there may be unavoidable delays with some orders that we are working to minimise.
When your glasses or contact lenses are ready to collect, our store team will contact you to arrange a pick up appointment or can arrange delivery to your home.
